AI concierge privacy notice
The AI concierge can make mistakes. It uses your message to suggest reviewed spa services and answer verified business questions. It is not medical advice and is not a HIPAA workflow. It also does not provide online appointment booking.
To answer follow-up questions, the concierge can use a small window of recent, redacted messages from the same conversation. This temporary session context is separate from saved review transcripts.
Please do not send contact details, payment details, appointment times, or medical information. Automatic redaction is not perfect, so the safest choice is not to include those details in a chat.
Messages are redacted before they are saved for product evaluation. Redacted transcripts, structured intent, response blocks, feedback, and limited operational metadata may be reviewed by one authorized administrator to improve this feature. Records are scheduled for deletion after up to 90 days. Product analytics is kept separate from the transcript review data.
When you use the concierge, a first-party cookie stores an anonymous browser identifier for up to 90 days, so the administrator can relate conversations from the same browser. We also record a masked IP and a keyed network identifier, approximate country/region/city, general device and browser type, the page used, referring website hostname, and campaign tags when available. We do not save your complete IP, raw browser user-agent, full referring URL, or precise location.
This visitor and source information is not sent to the language-model provider. It is restricted to the administrator and deleted with the conversation under the same retention schedule. An identifier is not your name or a verified identity; location can be inaccurate, networks can be shared, and clearing cookies creates a new browser identifier.
Requests to the language-model provider use store: false. The provider may still retain limited data for abuse monitoring under its API policy. For appointments and availability, call (609) 770-3693.
